Privacy Policy
Short version: Reelo records on your computer and keeps your recordings on your computer. We don't upload anything, we don't run a server for the extension, there's no account, and there's no analytics or tracking.
What Reelo handles
- Your recordings. When you record, the video and audio of the tab you chose (and your microphone, if you turned it on) are saved in pieces to the extension's own browser storage (IndexedDB) on your computer, so long recordings are safe. When you click Download, Chrome saves the file to your computer. A recording stays in the extension's storage until you click Delete on the result page or uninstall the extension.
- Your settings. Reelo stores a few preferences in Chrome's extension storage on your computer: whether the microphone is on, the chosen microphone device, video quality (1080p/720p), your skin, and whether microphone access was granted. While a recording is running, its status (e.g. started time, paused) is kept in temporary session storage.
None of this leaves your computer. Reelo does not send recordings, settings, or any other data to us or to any third party. Reelo has no backend server, no account system, no advertising, and no analytics, crash reporting, or tracking code.
Permissions and why Reelo needs them

This website
This site is a static page hosted on Cloudflare Pages. It sets no cookies and has no analytics or tracking scripts. It remembers your language choice (English/中文) in your browser's local storage. Like any web host, Cloudflare may process basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site; see Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Children
Reelo does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If Reelo ever starts handling data differently, we'll update this page and the date at the top before that change ships.

简要说明：Reelo 在你的电脑上录制，录像也只保存在你的电脑上。我们不上传任何内容，扩展没有服务器，无需账号，也没有任何统计或追踪。
- 录像：录制时，所选标签页的画面和声音（以及你开启时的麦克风声音）会分段保存在扩展自己的浏览器存储（IndexedDB）中。点击「下载」后由 Chrome 保存到你的电脑。录像会一直保留在扩展存储中，直到你在结果页点击「删除」或卸载扩展。

权限说明：tabCapture 录制你选择的标签页；offscreen 在隐藏的扩展页面里运行录制，弹窗关闭或切换标签页时继续录制；storage 保存设置和录制状态；downloads 点击下载时保存文件；unlimitedStorage 让长录像可以保存在本地存储中；麦克风仅在你开启时由 Chrome 请求授权，声音在本机混入录像。
本网站：静态页面，托管在 Cloudflare Pages，不使用 Cookie，没有统计或追踪脚本，只在浏览器本地保存你的语言选择。
